Meet Gracie, a sweet 2-year-old French Bulldog with a heart as big as her ears!

Weighing just 6 kg, Gracie came to ROLDA in urgent need of care, thin, fragile, and suffering from a painful dermatitis.

Thanks to our dedicated team, Gracie received the treatment she needed and slowly began to heal. Today, she’s healthy, happy, and full of life! She’s been sterilized, vaccinated, and microchipped, and is now ready to find a loving forever home.

Gracie is proof that resilience comes in small packages. Her gentle nature and playful spirit make her a joy to be around—and she’s waiting to share that joy with someone special.

Meet Chloe – a sweet little lady with a big heart!

She weighs only 9 kg – the perfect size to cuddle in your arms or walk by your side.

Chloe came to us after a very tough start in life. She arrived with a bilateral inguinal hernia and eye problems, but thanks to surgery and treatment, she is now doing so much better. She has been spayed, microchipped, and vaccinated. Chloe is currently receiving treatment for the early stages of cataracts, but this doesn’t stop her from living life to the fullest.

Despite her difficult past, Chloe is cheerful, affectionate, and eager to be loved. She adores attention, enjoys gentle walks, and dreams of finding her forever home where she can finally feel safe and cherished.

Meet Baxter, our cheerful little French Bulldog! Baxter may be small in size, but he’s big in personality.

This friendly boy is full of energy and loves to be around people. His playful spirit makes every walk an adventure, and his loving nature means he’s always ready for cuddles and companionship.

Whether it’s playtime or snuggle time, Baxter will brighten your day with his happy-go-lucky attitude.

Zara arrived in our care in February 2025, rescued from a puppy mill in Bulgaria, where she was kept only for breeding.

Despite her difficult past, Zara’s heart is full of love.

She’s friendly, affectionate, and eager to connect with people. Every day she’s discovering what it means to be truly cared for – soft beds, gentle hands, and kind voices.

Zara is ready to leave the shadows of her past behind and step into a future filled with kindness. She’s looking for a forever family who will give her the love and respect she always deserved.

Alma arrived at the shelter in September 2023, together with her five siblings.

They had been living in some bushes near the Arts High School. A kind music teacher discovered them and looked after them for a while, but she had no place to keep them. That’s how they found their way to us.

The teacher had heard about our shelter from someone who had brought us another dog, Garçon, a few years ago.

She’d do best with someone who has a bit of dog experience and plenty of love to give.

Alma walks nicely on a leash and gets along with other dogs, but she is still quite shy. Sudden noises and new situations can scare her, but with patience and love, she’s slowly learning to feel safe. We believe that one day, she will find a family who will help her truly blossom.
