My story
Athena is shy at first. Behind her cautious side lies a strong longing for a safe and loving family who will meet her on her own terms. With gentleness and patience, Athena will happily come forward to greet and get acquainted. She takes brave steps forward when given the time she needs. We wish for Athena a patient and secure family. Athena hasn’t had the best start in life, but her hope remains alive. Her longing is clear. Athena gets along well with other dogs and would happily live with a calm and confident dog who can show her the way in everything new that awaits. She still needs more practice walking on a leash.
