Breed: German Shorthaired Pointer | Age: 2 years old | Male
Built to work long days in the field or at the lake, GSPs are known for power, speed, agility, and endurance and Doru was taken for this. His owner bought him to be used for hunting and when he realized that Doru was not going to hunt, he abandoned him. When we took him in our care he was very weak, thin and full of wounds all over his body.
Doru is always up for physical activities like running, playing, anything that will burn some of his boundless energy while spending outdoors time with a human buddy.
His dark eyes shine with enthusiasm and friendliness and we would like to see him soon in a family, loved and very well cared.
